![]() Say some affirmations, walk away, set a boundary, and let it go. Recognize when this is happening and immediately replace the bad air with some good air. When you let someone’s toxic air attack your force field, you will notice your bubble will start to deflate. I have built the field so only one person can burst it – ME. My bubble has a force field that is stronger than you can imagine, nothing can get by this thing unless I let it. I let some “Happy Air” out for those who need it. I take this bubble with me where ever I go. I actually mentally envision it around me. I then go inside this super bouncy “Happy Bubble”. Here’s what I do…įirst I wake up to something fun, never an annoying alarm! That is a horrible way to wake up, who wants to start their day that way? Then I read a morning reflection, think some positive thoughts, put on some good tunes, set an intention, and leave the house with some kick butt perspective. So every morning, you wake up and you put yourself in the bubble. We all ruin our own days, no one else does. Doesn’t it suck when this happens? The worst is when you know that you are letting someone ruin your day…well actually they aren’t ruining it, you are. I let one person just get to me and BAM…my entire weekend was shot. It affected my entire family and my entire weekend. Just recently, I forgot to go in the bubble and it was devastating. It is so important when it comes to keeping that smile on your face and not letting your inner joy deflate. If you want to be happy and stay happy, you have to have a bubble. First comes happiness, then comes the bubble.
